Once a payment has been made for any of our products and services, you can cancel the same within the next one hours’ time. We will not process your order if you cancel the same in the stipulated time period. But once the order is processed, appointment is booked and confirmed, the order/appointment can’t be cancelled. Aarogyapay platform ensures full 100% refunds minus any bank or payment gateway charges are issued within 5-7 days time period when, the order/appointment is cancelled by the customer within 1 hours of placing the order on aarogyapay.com web portal or app.Incase of the partial booking fees, when the same booking is cancelled within one hour, the same is fully refundable. Incase of cancellation after one hour and non-show up for the service and service not availed, the partial booking fees is non-refundable.
